Providing the City of Portland Bureau of Transportation staff with technical and industry support in selection of contracting method for Major Maintenance Project, consistent with their core values: anti-racism, equity, transparency, communication, collaboration, and fiscal responsibility. Led contract delivery workshop, assisted in drafting RFP for CMGC contractor, and led contract kickoff for construction contract.
